Villas
- The villa rate is $1200/7 nights for 3 or 4 bedroom villas. 5, 6 or 7 bedroom villas are $1700/ 7 nights.
- Mandatory All Inclusive & Resort fee see specific accommodations for rates.
- Kosher all-inclusive $150 per night per adult $75 per night for children 3-11
- Children (under 3) – FREE
- The total number of people in the party will determine the number of bedrooms in the villa up to a 7 bedroom villa. Each bedroom has its own full private bath.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than three months prior to arrival will receive full refund less $200 for handling.
- Cancellation between three months and one month will get 50% deposit back less $200 handling.
- Cancellation within one month no refund of deposit, but all-inclusive fees are fully refundable.
